These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BetVibe and all services offered through our platform. By registering an account, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use BetVibe.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Rules

One account per person, household, and IP address. Multiple accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. BetVibe is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your password. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from payment methods in your own name. Minimum deposit is INR 500. Withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) before processing. We process withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours after approval. Payment method fees may apply. BetVibe does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or payment provider might.

4. Bonus Terms

All BetVibe bonuses carry specific wagering requirements, typically 35x to 40x the bonus amount. Maximum bet with active bonus funds is INR 500 per spin or bet. Bonuses expire 30 days after issuance unless stated otherwise. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots 100%, table games 10%, live casino 10%. Failing to meet wagering requirements before withdrawal forfeits bonus and winnings.

5. Responsible Gambling

BetVibe is committed to responsible gambling. We offer deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options in your account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your account or receive marketing communications. 6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots, or exploitation of software errors is prohibited. We monitor gameplay for irregular patterns. Suspected fraud results in account suspension and investigation. BetVibe reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in cases of proven abuse. We cooperate with regulatory authorities on fraud investigations.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We collect data necessary for account operation, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. BetVibe uses SSL encryption to protect data transmission. We do not sell your information to third parties. You may request data deletion by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Game Rules and Payouts

All games operate according to the rules published on BetVibe. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for each game. In case of technical malfunction, all affected bets are void. Maximum payout per bet is INR 10,00,000 unless otherwise stated. BetVibe is not responsible for third-party game provider errors or outages.

9. Changes to Terms
